Our process

STEP 1: Initial phone call

Once we’ve established your interest, we set up a phone call to get to know you better, in particular learn more about your personality, professional ambitions and job requirements. This way we can present you our most suitable job opportunities at the best matching clients.

STEP 2: Video call / Face to face meeting

After presenting you with the job opportunity of your liking we will schedule a follow-up conversation via a video call or a face-to-face meeting at our offices in Amsterdam. During this conversation we will establish alignment on all application aspects to enhance the chance of a successful process.

STEP 3: Presentation to the client

When you give us the green light on starting the application process, we present your CV to our client. When the client comes back with a positive evaluation, we will set up an interview for you. Before you go on interview, we will schedule a video call with you to prepare you for the interview. During this call we will make sure you have the best possible understanding of the interview process, job expectations and your interview partners. This way we will ensure you feel confident during the interview to have the best chance of landing the job!

STEP 4: Contract

After successfully completing the application process the client will provide us with a job offer for you. At this stage we will help you with the negotiations to secure the position in line with your expectations.
