Our process

STEP 1 | Need for recruitment
You have a position that needs to be filled or a new team to set up. That’s when you contact us for our recruitment services.
STEP 2 | Vacancy qualification
We start our recruitment process by thoroughly going over the job requirements to clearly understand the project, position and professional profile. We find that the best matches are made with skill, culture and personal fit in mind, so we take our time to get this step right, in order to present you with the best candidates on the market.
STEP 3 | Search & Select
Once we have a clear picture of the job profile, we start the search. At IQ Search we use our whole team to identify potential matching candidates from our warm network of professionals. Other times we use our specialist recruiters to reach out to our broader network or the full local and international candidate market to find the right match. Once we have a list of potential candidates, we will set up initial interviews with them.
STEP 4 | Screening
The initial phone call is for us to figure out which one of these candidates would be the best fit. We will get to know them, and they have a chance to ask their questions about the job.
STEP 5 | Selection process
After the first candidate calls, we will have a shortlist of the best matching candidate(s). Afterwards, we will follow up with an in-depth video call or face to face meeting to make sure all boxes are ticked off and we are certain about the match. Afterwards, we will introduce these candidates to you and set up the initial interview. This is where your normal interview process starts.
STEP 6 | You found your match!
Once we’ve helped you find the right person for your team you offer them a direct contract to join your team as an internal employee. When required we are also available to assist during the closing stage of the application process.
